For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with jlbbb's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and jlbbb with respect to the Player's use of the Platform.

2.2 By accessing jlbbb.app, creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a wager, the Player unconditionally agrees to these Terms. Acceptance is implied by use of the Platform and does not require a separate written signature.

2.3 jlbbb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are advised to review this page periodically. Material amendments that affect existing Player rights will be communicated via the registered email address associated with the Player's Account.

2.4 These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, and players agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes arising from the use of jlbbb.

3.1 To register a valid jlbbb account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• Be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Not have been previously self-excluded or banned from jlbbb or any affiliated platform;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

3.2 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jlbbb. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, jlbbb reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings. Players should contact support if they believe they have inadvertently created a duplicate account.

3.3 jlbbb reserves the right to decline registration or cancel an account at any time for failure to meet eligibility criteria, without obligation to provide detailed reasons where prohibited by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

3.4 Registration on jlbbb is free. There is no fee for creating a Player account. The minimum initial deposit required to access real-money games is ₱50 (Philippine Peso).

4.1 Account Security. The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including username and password. jlbbb will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to keep their credentials secure. Players should enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and must notify jlbbb support immediately upon suspecting unauthorised access.

4.2 Accurate Information. All information provided during registration and throughout the Player's relationship with jlbbb must be truthful and accurate. This includes full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC). jlbbb may require Players to complete identity verification at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Accepted verification documents include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, or Voter's ID, together with a selfie photograph. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal holds or account restriction.

4.4 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one jlbbb account. Operating multiple accounts to circumvent promotional restrictions, abuse bonuses, or access the Platform after exclusion constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4.5 Account Activity. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. jlbbb will notify the registered email address prior to applying any dormant account policy. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jlbbb currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and 7-Eleven cash-in (deposit only). Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. To request a withdrawal, the Player must:

• Have completed KYC verification;
• Have deposited via an accepted payment method at least once;
• Have met any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balances;
• Request withdrawal to a payment account held in the same name as the registered jlbbb account.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–4 business hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. jlbbb does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.6 Currency. All transactions on jlbbb are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlbbb does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

5.7 Anti-Money Laundering. jlbbb is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. jlbbb may request documentation for large or unusual transactions. Suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law. Players must not use jlbbb for money laundering, fund structuring, or any activity that violates Philippine AML laws.

6.1 jlbbb may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific terms and conditions applicable to the promotion in question, as published on the Current Offers page.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated in the applicable bonus terms. Players should read bonus terms carefully before claiming a promotion.

6.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless otherwise stated, jlbbb promotions are available once per Player, per household, per device (including shared IP address), per payment method, and per registered account. Multiple accounts created to claim the same promotion constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account suspension.

6.4 Expiry. Bonus credits not used within the stated validity period will expire and be forfeited automatically. jlbbb is under no obligation to extend bonus validity periods.

6.5 jlbbb's Right to Amend or Cancel Promotions. jlbbb reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without liability to Players, including where technical errors, system abuse, or regulatory requirements make continuation of a promotion impractical.

6.6 Bonus Abuse. jlbbb employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, advantage play that exploits promotions unfairly, and collusion. Where such activity is detected, jlbbb reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel related winnings, and close the Player's account without prior notice.

7.1 Game Availability. jlbbb's game library includes slot games, live casino games, bingo, fishing games, and other formats. Game availability may vary and specific titles may be withdrawn or replaced without prior notice due to provider agreements, regulatory requirements, or technical reasons.

7.2 Return-to-Player (RTP). All games offered on jlbbb are provided by licensed third-party game studios and are subject to independent certification for fairness and RTP accuracy. RTP figures are calculated over large statistical samples and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual gaming session.

7.3 Game Interruptions. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game malfunction during an active bet, jlbbb will resolve the outcome in accordance with the applicable game provider's rules. jlbbb is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the Player's internet service provider or device.

7.4 Live Casino Rules. Additional game-specific rules apply to Live Casino products (including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo). These are governed by the rules published by the applicable live dealer studio provider. In the event of any conflict between studio rules and jlbbb's Terms, jlbbb's Terms shall prevail where specifically applicable to the Player's account.

7.5 No Cheating or Manipulation. Players must not use any software, bots, scripts, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform. Use of such tools constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlbbb and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one (1) account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Making deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct fraudulent transactions;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated abuse with other Players;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with jlbbb's games;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misdisplayed game results;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jlbbb staff or other users;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Re-registering after being excluded, suspended, or banned from jlbbb.

9.1 jlbbb is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. jlbbb provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that all registered Players may access at any time through their Account Settings.

9.2 Available Tools. Players may set the following limits directly within their jlbbb account:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month;
• Session Time Limits: Reminders and hard stops based on cumulative play time;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restriction for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from all jlbbb services (minimum 6 months, extendable to permanent).

9.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude may do so by contacting jlbbb's support team via live chat or by using the self-exclusion tool in Account Settings. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, jlbbb will use reasonable means to prevent access to the account, including blocking deposits and marketing communications.

9.4 Reality Checks. jlbbb provides optional pop-up reminders at user-defined intervals during gameplay sessions to inform Players of the time elapsed and cumulative amount wagered during the session.

9.5 Minor Protection. Players must not permit any person under 18 years of age to access their jlbbb account or use a shared device on which the jlbbb account remains logged in. Players are responsible for securing their devices and account credentials against underage access.

10.1 jlbbb collects and processes Player personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. jlbbb's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data are detailed in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10.2 By registering an account with jlbbb, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including its use for account verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

10.3 jlbbb implements commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the security of Player data. These include 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, jlbbb cannot guarantee absolute security and Players are advised to maintain strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication.

10.4 Players may exercise their data rights under the Data Privacy Act, including the right to access, correct, erase, or object to the processing of their personal data, by submitting a request to [email protected].

11.1 All content on jlbbb.app — including but not limited to the jlbbb brand name, logo, platform design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of jlbbb or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlbbb platform for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not constitute a transfer of title and confers no right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jlbbb content.

11.3 The jlbbb name, logo, and distinctive visual elements may not be used by Players or third parties in any manner without the prior written consent of jlbbb.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, jlbbb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.

12.2 jlbbb's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Player into their jlbbb account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

12.3 jlbbb provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. jlbbb does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12.4 jlbbb shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government actions, or events constituting force majeure.

13.1 By the Player. A Player may close their jlbbb account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, less any applicable processing fees, subject to completion of KYC. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13.2 By jlbbb. jlbbb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached these Terms or any applicable policy;
• jlbbb suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• The Player has provided false registration information;
• Regulatory or legal requirements mandate account closure;
• The Player is found to be ineligible to use the Platform.

13.3 Where an account is closed by jlbbb for cause, jlbbb reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, outstanding balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without reference to its conflict of laws provisions.

14.2 In the event of a dispute between the Player and jlbbb, the Player should first contact jlbbb's support team at [email protected] or via the 24/7 live chat function to seek an informal resolution. jlbbb will endeavour to resolve complaints within 5 business days.

14.3 If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines. Both parties waive any objection to such courts on grounds of inconvenient forum.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

15.1 jlbbb reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Amendments will be effective upon publication on jlbbb.app, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

15.2 For material amendments that significantly affect Player rights or obligations, jlbbb will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the Player's registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform.

15.3 The Player's continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If the Player does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1 of these Terms.
